This universal inspection tag kit contains:

Our universal equipment inspection tag kit is used to inspect varying pieces of equipment to comply with legislative requirements.
Our tags display the message "do not use this equipment" when no insert is used, which can be used easily if the equipment fails an inspection. This tag should be attached and displayed in a visible area of the equipment.
Our tags can be further secured to structures with
cable ties.
